Qure Gord is a specialized, boutique consulting firm based in Akron, OH, with extensive global private and public sector experience. For over three decades, we have been an international pioneer in designing and deploying transformational workflow improvement. Our seasoned program directors have successfully improved business processes for hundreds of mid to large-size organizations in 70 industries over six continents.
We engage client staff to map, improve and align business processes to deliver effective, efficient, and repeatable workflows. We provide proprietary tools, training, knowledge, facilitation, and leadership that deliver exceptional client results.
While other firms treat process maps as disposable work products, we employ the powerful and proven Perigon® Method for sustainable improvement. Perigon® delivers maximum impact in minimum time, building valuable enterprise intellectual property.
Built on over three decades of client partnerships and field-tested results, Qure Gord uses our own proprietary Perigon® Method, which is a powerful and proven enterprise mapping methodology comprised of four essential elements…
The traditional organization is structured through departments, functions, and job descriptions, resulting in crippling department silos and dropped balls. By redefining enterprise business models through a series of smartly-designed business systems and business processes, Qure Gord aligns the organization model into process-based workflows with clearly defined deliverables, roles matched to responsibilities, and the framework to drive meaningful change.
Those who do the work should define and improve their work. Combining clients’ business expertise with Qure Gord’s deep improvement expertise delivers successful outcomes. We engage and train process teams, facilitate workshops to document, analyze, and improve workflow, and follow through to deliver impactful change.
Qure Gord produces valuable diagrams, maps, and workflow analysis using Microsoft Visio and Excel. Our mapping workshops produce the Perigon® Playbook, which expands the traditional process map into a robust process manual that captures key organizational knowledge. The Perigon® Playbook is Qure Gord’s proprietary design that contains four sections:
Qure Gord Program Directors are certified, seasoned, and professional business consultants who deliver consistent and reliable onsite results regardless of industry, function, or particular requirements. Our people have likely seen the problem before, built the workflow improvement strategy that addressed the need, and successfully partnered with client personnel to implement change.
The very inexpensive Business System Roadmap Workshop breaks down the business model to basic process architecture, identifies client personnel to be involved, and builds a project workplan to map the scoped business processes.
This phase builds Perigon® Playbooks for processes defined in the Business System Roadmap. Each process team develops their process map, assesses alignment with other processes, defines additional process knowledge and analysis, identifies Quick Wins, and develops a 90-day Process Improvement Plan. In the capstone workshop, an overall 12-18 month System Improvement Plan is developed to address systemic opportunities. Phase Two cost is based on the number of processes mapped in the project, typically in the 10-15 process range.
System Deployment delivers implementation support, including problem-solving, process deployment, process deliverable specification, metrics design and plan, and business system monitoring to continually improve processes. In this phase, clients rapidly deploy substantially improved processes within three to six months and install the infrastructure to sustain and monitor performance improvements over time.
Enterprise Alignment integrates business processes, business systems, and organization strategy to deliver aligned execution. This phase activates after multiple business systems have been mapped and aligned and the enterprise has matured in its process improvement management.
